The Gold Cup starts late Saturday night/very early Sunday morning (EU). It kicks off with two of the footballing giants of err… Canada and Martinique. As usual the bookies have the best info. They’ve still got USA as 2nd favourites even though in their warm up matches they were beaten 1-0 by Jamaica and humped 3-0 by Venezuela.
